From Jamie’s Desk: To the victims, survivors, their family and friends of the Massachusetts Drug Lab Scandals:
Hello,
As many of you know, we launched our third season of RIGGEDLabs Podcast back in October of last year. As part of that launch, we have also started a Patreon funding campaign and are beginning to try to build a community of support around, not only the case that has impacted you and your families lives but all victims and survivors of criminal lab fraud across the country.
We realize this is a massive undertaking, but as they say, a long journey begins with a single step. This message is our first step; there is power in numbers. We realize this case is fourteen years old now. However, this case is still being litigated in courts, they are still dismissing cases and there are options being discussed right now to dismiss every single case. This is the only solution that would start to bring actual justice to those wrongly convicted.
The state of Massachusetts has wasted an estimated 100 million dollars taking these cases to court over the past 14 years. Imagine what could have been done with that money to improve the quality of life of the impacted families? Instead, it went to using courts and instruments of justice to lie to the people whose money they take at gunpoint. It is beyond time to stand up and say enough is enough.

As part of our Season III launch, we are asking those impacted by this case, whose voices have seemingly never mattered to help. We are asking for you to join our efforts in lobbying the Middlesex County District Attorney’s office to stop fighting and drop every case ever tested in the William A. Hinton State Laboratory, in Jamaica Plain. Join us in lobbying our representatives to ensure that all cases ever tested at the Hinton and Amherst Labs are dismissed.
In Season III of our podcast, we are also venturing outside of Massachusetts and are hitting multiple roadblocks trying to get information on the Justin Volk and Deb Madden cases in San Francisco, California. We are also looking into the Braintree Evidence Room case and are being charged thousands just to get a few interviews with people involved.
If you are a victim or survivor of these cases – or, their family member or friend, if you believe in what we are trying to accomplish and have the financial means to help, we are asking that you please do so in our Patreon page or membership page to support our work. We believe this work to be important and worthy of your support, we know we have a great number of people who listen and believe the same thing. Please help us bring justice to yourselves or impacted family members of not just these cases but of the literal hundreds of rigged labs cases out there that have yet to be looked into.
All victims and survivors of these wrongful convictions deserve safety, justice, healing, relief, and peace. Our podcast community and I are here to support and help on your journey forward.
We appreciate your patronage and support and will always keep fighting until justice comes for all victims and survivors of this kind of state sponsored abuse.
